How do I print if I get an "Envision" error when I swipe my One Card?

This entry is for if you swipe your Golden Eagle One Card/Student ID card on the printers and receive the following error:
This error can only be fixed by the Golden Eagle One Card office. You can resolve this error by
- Calling the Golden Eagle One Card office (323-343-6800) and giving them your Name, CIN, and student username. State that you are experiencing the ENVISION error.
- By visiting the office in person (Student Services Building Room 2232, Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).
This process may take 24-48 hours to resolve. If you are still experiencing the error after 48 hours, follow-up with the One Card office.

The Golden Eagle One Card office operates Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and is located in the Student Services Building, Room 2232.
