How do I get a printer refund?

Contact the Golden Eagle One Card Office at (323) 343-6800 or visit in-person at the Student Services Building, Room 2232 no later than 30 days after an error has occurred. An investigation will be completed within 10 business days.
You can go to the Golden Eagle One Card Office page and scroll to the bottom of the page to 'Refund Request' section. Click on 'Error Resolution Form' and complete the required information.
