What if I want to request an item with CSU+ but can't locate it in OneSearch?

Answer

On occasion, you will know a title exists but you won't be able to locate the book in OneSearch. Luckily, there is a way you can still make your request using the blank request form.

  1. From OneSearch, use the navigation bar above the search bar to see more options/services.

  1. Fill out as much information as possible. For articles, add the DOI or PMID if possible. When using the DOI, do not use the http://doi.org/ section. (For example, if the DOI is http://doi.org/10.1108/DLP-02-2024-0027, enter only 10.1108/DLP-02-2024-0027 into the DOI field.)
  2. Submit your request by selecting "Send Request."
  3. You can view the status of your request(s) in the "My Requests" section of your OneSearch account. CSU+ Account Access
