How do I know when an item is ready for me to pick up from the 24/7 library lockers?

Answer

You will receive an email approximately five minutes after the item is placed in the lockers, letting you know your item is ready to be picked up. If you have signed into your Luxer One account and entered a cell phone number, you will receive a text message alert. The notice will include an access code that you can use to collect your items.
