How do I collect my items from the 24/7 library lockers?

Answer

You'll be notified that your items are ready for pickup from the 24/7 lockers either by email or text message. The notification will include an access code to collect your items.

Once you are at the lockers, follow the steps below to collect your items.

  1. Enter the access code included in your items are ready notification. You can also open the locker by scanning with the Luxer One app or your Luxer QR code.
  2. The assigned locker door will open automatically
  3. Collect your item(s) and close the door
  4. Select “Exit” on the screen.
