How long are my items held? What happens if I do not pick up my items in time?
Answer
Once an item is placed in a locker, it is available for pickup for 7 business days. If items are not picked up from the lockers within 7 business days of the user receiving the locker pickup notification, the hold will expire and the item will be removed from the locker and re-shelved or mailed back if it is a CSU+ interlibrary loan item.
