What do I do if I forget my Interlibrary Loan (ILL) user name and password?

Answer

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? on the ILLiad login page. Provide your username in the blank, and a password reset email will be sent to the email address on file.

If you have forgotten your username, please contact the Interlibrary Loan office at 323-343-4983 during normal business hours or e-mail illoan@calstatela.edu. In your email, please provide your full name and your CIN number, which is found on the front of your Golden Eagle One Card.
