Requests that CSU+ can not process:
Almost all materials may be requested through CSU+. Requests may be denied at the discretion of the lending library.
Requests that ILL can not process:
- CDs and DVDs
- Whole issues/volumes of journals
- Rare, fragile, and special collection books
- Genealogy
- Reference books
