Where do I go to pay overdue fees?
Answer
Cal State LA Students, Staff, Faculty, Alumni, and Community Borrowers can pay their fines or fees through the University Library Transact Storefront.
1. Select Lost and replacement or Overdue fines.
- Lost and replacement fee examples include items not returned to the library two weeks past their due date, i.e. library books, Omnichargers, charger cables, interlibrary loans, etc.
- Overdue fines are for items not returned on time, i.e. Course Reserve loans or charger cables past their specified loan period.
- Current Students, Staff, and Faculty can find their fines & fees amounts in their My Library Account. Alumni and Community Borrowers should consult with the Service Desk before providing payment.
2. Select View details for the appropriate choice.
3. Input the amount owed, your contact information, and fill in the note describing what the fine is associated with.
4. Select Add to cart when finished.
5. Finish checking out.
