How long can I borrow a book?

How long you can borrow a book will depend on whether you are a student, faculty member, staff member, or something else.
- Students may borrow books for 16 weeks and can renew them for up to 48 weeks
- Faculty and Staff may borrow books for 1 year and may renew them for up to 3 years
- LACHSA and Stern MASS students may borrow books for 30 days and can renew them up to 90 days
- Alumni may borrow books for 30 days and renew them up to 90 days
- Other Cal State users may borrow books for 60 days, but may not renew them
